Our professional installers have years of experience and will treat your home with the greatest respect. We know you have busy lives outside of getting your new floor installed, and Ted’s Floors & Beyond will do everything to make that process seamless and worry-free. Our installers are on time, polite, and keep the job as clean as possible throughout the installation process.

Ted Gregerson

Chief Executive Officer

Ted Gregerson has operated Ted’s Floors & Beyond since 1997. He grew up in Gadsden, AL and graduated from Southside High School. He currently lives in Cedar Bluff, AL with his wife, Tammy. Ted loves working at Ted’s Floors & Beyond because of the family atmosphere among its employees, and because we always treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. "I love the flooring business because of the way flooring can totally change the look of the inside of someone's home or place of business." In his free time, Ted loves to golf, travel and watch the Crimson Tide ROLL!

Ron Hurley

President & COO

Ron Hurley has worked for Ted's since 1997. Ron is from Gadsden and currently lives in Jacksonville. Ron loves working with coworkers as individuals and as a team in our company’s commitment to daily improvement and growth. He also enjoys being part of a company that continues to evolve as an industry leader in products, training, and the customer experience. In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with his nephews and niece, fishing, and watching sports.

Cole Sterling

Vice President

Cole Sterling is from Sand Rock, AL, where he lives with his wife, Julie, and their two daughters. He enjoys the challenge of keeping up with hundreds of square feet of inventory and making sure everything is where it needs to be. Most of all, he likes working with the great staff at Ted’s Floors & Beyond. In his free time, Cole enjoys off-roading, hunting and anything outdoors.

Kathy Gregerson

Store Manager

Kathy Gregerson joined us in 2005 and is our Store Manager. She is originally from Rome, GA but has called Sand Rock home for most of her life. Kathy loves helping customers design their house into a home. Kathy and her husband Aaron have one child, Kala Grace. Kathy enjoys spending time with my family and friends and doing anything outdoors. Oh yea, and WAR EAGLE!!

Sheldon Ragland

Flooring Advisor

Sheldon Ragland is from Gadsden where he lives with his wife, Mackele, and their children. Sheldon started working for Ted's in 2003 and loves interacting with customers. He enjoys selling and working for a company that strives to keep employees happy and stress to a minimum. In his free time, Sheldon finds enjoyment and relaxation in fishing.

Jason Gregerson

Flooring Advisor

Jason Gregerson grew up in the Gadsden and lives in Southside area. he has been with the company since 1999. He loves to sell and enjoys meeting new customers and helping them improve the look of their homes. Jason enjoys working for Ted's as well because of all the employee benefits and family environment our company provides. In his free time, Jason enjoys watching sports and vacationing.

Kala Gregerson

Administrative Assistant

Kala was born and raised in Alabama and currently calls Sand Rock, AL her home. Kala is the daughter of our store manager, Kathy, and has been a familiar face around Ted's, practically since she could walk. Kala has lent a hand during many in-store and community events in which Ted's has participated, and we are excited to have her officially join our team part-time in a sales support position. She enjoys the laid-back atmosphere, fun environment, and jokes among coworkers in our showroom. In her free time, Kala enjoys playing football and watching the Auburn Tigers and Kansas City Chiefs. She also loves hanging out with her cousin and spending time with friends and family. War Eagle and Go Chiefs!

Gracie Jancsek

Marketing Director

Gracie is from Oxford, AL, where she lives with her husband, Chip, and their three children. She loves the creativity her job requires, taking photos of customer jobs, and the family atmosphere among co-workers. In her free time, she enjoys working out, gardening, traveling, watching documentaries, and spending time with her family.

Tammy Gregerson

Special Events Coordinator

Tammy Gregerson is the Special Events Coordinator at Ted’s Floors & Beyond and is originally from Mableton, Georgia, where she lived until 1990. Tammy is married to Ted Gregerson, and they currently call Cedar Bluff, Alabama, home. She loves hosting customers and making sure they enjoy their time inside the Ted's Showroom. "At Ted's we are like a family, and we strive to give our customers the best floor buying experience." In her spare time, Tammy enjoys traveling with Ted and watching the Crimson Tide play football.

Melissa Bergeron

Cabinet Specialist

Melissa is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Anniston (by way of Florida) in July of 2023, after falling in love with the area. She and her husband Michael are proud parents of a blended family with five children and four grandchildren. Melissa boasts over 25 years in design and remodeling experience, including operating her own business, Melissa Michaels Design in Port Charlotte, FL. Since moving to Alabama, Melissa had not been designing kitchens, so she’s excited to be doing what she loves at Ted’s! In their free time, Melissa and Michael enjoy driving through the mountains in her convertible and exploring the area and local restaurants. They also enjoy traveling back up north and to sunny destinations.
